The evaluation primarily refers to our consultant Ms. Becker, with whom we have been dealing most of the time. We have rarely seen such a nice, helpful and customer-oriented person. In addition, she really has excellent expertise and has a solution to every problem or question. We planned and installed a great kitchen, thanks for that! Complaints (call me a kitchen where that does not happen 😉) are handled absolutely professionally and satisfactorily. I recommend the kitchen trio to everyone. Addendum: Of course, the rest of the team was always friendly and helpful, I just can't give more specific reviews because we mostly spoke and planned with our consultant.

The best kitchen studio that I have ever experienced! We were looking for our new kitchen in a total of 3 kitchen studios - no other studio took so much time and responded to the needs. Constant changes here and there never seem to be a burden ... and it was definitely exhausting :-) In contrast to the other kitchen studios, Ms. Reineke brings her own brilliant ideas into the planning that you would never have thought of yourself or would have thought possible at all. What we personally liked very much - you get the plans (pictures) of the kitchen as a printout and / or by e-mail and at home you can think again with a picture whether everything fits now or whether you can change something I would like to praise this - the other studios don't give you anything at home that I personally find cheeky ... The process: super fast delivery time of the kitchen! Installation took place 4 weeks after placing the order ... The fitters were friendly, worked quickly, super cleanly and properly. We have already recommended the kitchen trio to friends :-) Thanks again!
