I asked by phone in the morning for advice on an appointment matter with a deadline. Since there was no callback, I asked the next day. The secretariat informed me that they were still in the "capacity check" and would call me back. Then later I received a call that they had no capacity. As a result, I lost two days on a deadline matter. Not recommended in my opinion.
