Definitely the last time ordered there today! Waited 2 hours for the food, which of course was only lukewarm (if you can call it that). Coleslaw inedible, schnitzel was almost black (so the 2nd time dead) and there was a black hair between the fried potatoes. I don't need to say more about that! Actually, you should be able to give minus stars for this!

Disgusting food, any frozen food from the supermarket is better. Waiting forever for the food and then something ... Keep your hands off the shop is wasted money.

Waited almost 2 hours for the food (it was pointed out that it could take longer than an hour) OK, but the food was only lukewarm. The bolognese schnitzel was quite dark and there was no longer a hint of bolognese on it. The chicken nuggets were definitely twice in the deep fryer and the pizza could have been out of the oven a little earlier. The tortellini in creamy ham sauce didn't taste like anything and were only half of the portion we actually know. Whether we will ever order there again remains questionable. We definitely do not recommend it! The gentleman on the phone was nice and the lady who delivered it, but friendliness is of no use if you are hungry!
