Recently bought my second Brompton folding bike here. As with the first time, the advice was again friendly and competent. Already clear, now in Corona times it is a bit more complicated because you have to make an appointment beforehand. But what's the point, a business that adapts to the circumstances rather than the other way around. Should I ever get the nonsensical idea of ​​wanting to buy a third Brompton, I would probably take the trip to Marl again. Even if it's not particularly nice there, the business really can't help it.

Had to buy a cargo bike before us. Since the desired bike was sold out in Cologne, other dealers were searched on the Internet, and we became aware of this shop, which offered the desired bike and accessories in one package. Briefly considered whether to go there or not, a short time later I was there, walked into the shop, approached the chosen bike and then said to the seller, I want this one. The seller then explained to me that I had to make an appointment first so that there could be a sales conversation, that's what it says on the website. Told him that I wanted to buy a bike like on the internet and would bring it with me. The seller told me that it wouldn't work because the bike still had to go to the workshop. "Is the offer in stock" Seller: "Yes" I then ok, back in the car and then ordered directly online. When asked when the bike will be delivered, the answer was that the bike would first be assembled. I was great, saved work, unpacked and set off straight away. Thought or hoped wrongly. The accessories were shipped individually and the bike was delivered "assembled" by a shipping company. The packaging really didn't look like a bike that had to go to the workshop before. Unfortunately, my thought comes true. What should be complained about here ????? So far no response to written request !! The bike then had to be assembled. Then all the accessories were delivered again, when asked why not, the answer was the supplier gives the date. All in all, the service is not justified by any specialist retailer. I categorically exclude any recommendation!

Have a Tern folding bike bought in the online shop. After less than a year the brake was demonstrably defective due to a material defect. Unfortunately, I did not get an answer from the service via email or only after the second request. My last email is still unanswered after 30 days. Unfortunately, I am not at all satisfied with the customer service and cannot recommend the XXS folding bike online shop. Anyone who sells products online should offer good service to their online customers. A pity...
