Mr. Keutgen sold a technically completely outdated cash register system Sam4s ER-920 to the previous owner of the pension we bought. In order to convert the sales tax on July 1st, 2020, he provided us with instructions for converting the tax rates in the cash register, which we applied with great precision despite their complexity. Since then, sales are no longer correctly broken down by product type on the monthly Z reports. We have set a deadline for Mr Keutgen to correct the problem and will adjust this assessment after the deadline according to his reaction.
