Catastrophe! At that time the ParkCàfe was still manned by competent employees. Now you need almost half an hour to order something. The employees who bring Shisha can't even speak German, let alone English. If you bring the shisha without comment, you ask what kind of shisha it is and you shrug your shoulders. If you ask if you can recommend something, you have to call the waitress first because you don't understand anything !!!! (Like on Sunday at 3:00 p.m.). Pure disaster. A year ago the ParkCàfe was definitely better! The service is overwhelmed in the evening, you have to wait 20 minutes until you can pay at the front. The waitress especially the one girl (slightly chubby brown blonde hair), the most unsympathetic person I've seen. If you ask for an ashtray, it will only bring you in 10 minutes and then with an unfriendly face you will almost hit it on the table. I also complained when paying. Otherwise it is Location ok + Shishen are Top + Shakes are OK + Music (always the same) - Employee (Shisha) disaster - Service ok (individual cases like the girl very unfriendly and bad / staff overwhelmed). - / + Toilets are very clean + Gluing tables - I think it's a shame, it used to be much nicer.
