Customer service has returned. Sometimes I had the impression that not wanting to help was more of a standard. (Come back tomorrow!)

I can only speak of the branch in Worms, there was the telling of private things, more important than the clientele who wanted to buy something.

Not good. Here is very gegeizt with staff. It used to be better. Because you could try the coffee before buying. The one seller is often in stress when something is going on.
