Very friendly staff, very good deals. I've been a customer there for years, never had any problems. The fleet is just great and there is definitely something for everyone. I had rented a 7.5 ton truck from Buchbinder for one day. The staff was very well trained and no superfluous stories were told. As far as I could see, the entire fleet of new vehicles was on "the courtyards". The spatially separated parking spaces allow a convenient location on the city ring. Renting and returning are quick and easy. In Corona times, all vehicles are completely disinfected inside. A good step that gives me confidence. A disadvantage is that there is no parking space for people to collect them. This situation is understandable and should only be mentioned in my assessment. So ... all thumbs up!

Called yesterday, picked up the car this morning, friendly, quick service, anytime again

Very rude. We have been a Buchbinder customer for 6 years and we always have problems with the Worms branch. Last week and today we are there again and the employee wants to bail again, but we have deposited a fixed bail and have to call our advisors in the region office every time and have it clarified. 2 times in 3 weeks the same drama is ridiculous.
