Can't understand the negative reviews. The store is how you want a store to shop. Helpful employees. Goods are properly presented.

It is a smaller shop than I know, so the selection of some items is limited. Unfortunately it is messy and the shop assistants are a bit unfriendly, which does not give a good impression.

I'm definitely not going to enter this Rossmann market again, I only had one question about a product but that was probably too much. I was given an answer (snappy and cheeky) and then she just left me standing there, the clerk missed her task. It's just a shame that the lady didn't wear a name tag on her dirty smock.

I have always been a happy Rossmann customer - so far! Yesterday when paying, I redeemed my last 10% coupon. Since I still saw my selected perfume at the checkout - that's common there - but could / did not want to give the cash on this item a 10% discount! I found that very petty. My reaction: I then renounced the perfume.
