Great customer service, and nice sounded tubes. I got full set for my Fender Supersonic and it sounds great. 5 starts from me.

I have been using Tube Amp Doctor tubes exclusively for about the last 12 years.  TAD tubes are the best I have ever tried. I used 6l6GC-STR specifically in a modded Fender Hot Rod DeVille 2 12 to max out head room.  I bought the smaller bottle 6L6WGC-STR matched pair to shoot out and have a matched back up for when the first pair failed. The small bottle version was more of a vintage sound than what I prefer, so the RCA style tubes lived in my amp. They never failed. Hundreds of hours played, on the road, everywhere, etc. (I do let my tubes cool before I load my rig). So, now I'm stuck with a back up I never used.

Good service! I showed up without an appointment and Stefan was happy to help me fix my problems with my Fender Champ. Bought 2 tubes and a power transformer for around 90€.

The boys know what they're doing. I don't care whether the service currently takes 6-8 weeks, especially since you were informed before the repair was accepted. The contact via email and telephone is exemplary, as is the expertise. People with passion work here and you can tell. The final price of my repair (tube replacement & setting up a Diezel amp) was even significantly lower than that of the cost estimate. "We didn't have to replace all the tubes because a few are still in great shape." I find it super fair to the customer, who has little idea of ​​such work and trusts the guys from TAD. I also like to take the trip from Heidelberg.
