We were very friendly and well advised. If the delivery still works, I'll be very satisfied. Delivery went really well, we called twice what time the mattresses will arrive. Only the driver who brought us the mattresses into the apartment, which costs another 25 euros, which is absolutely fine. Unfortunately he didn't have a mask on, which is not that great at the moment.

1st visit absolutely negative and not recommended with a bad seller! 2nd visit: Very enjoyable and customer-oriented as one could wish! We bought our mattresses in this branch yesterday because we didn't want to buy online! But the saleswoman Ms. N. was so condescending and arrogant, we haven't seen it for a long time. If we hadn't had the journey to get here and more time to buy, we wouldn't have bought anything there. I can't understand how you can be so rude in retail. You shouldn't be surprised if many prefer to order online! I cannot recommend this shop with this person, we would never buy anything again !! Addendum: After a few weeks we had to go back to this branch because there was something to be clarified. We were pleasantly surprised by the saleswoman who was on duty that day. Competent and friendly, she managed to revise our first negative impression of the Concord mattresses. Thumbs up for the saleswoman who really still enjoys her work.

A few days ago we looked around for mattresses and found good advice from Ms. Lansche in the Worms Mainzer Strasse branch. After considering the detailed explanations about the differences in mattresses, there was only the branch where we bought our mattresses on 09/30/2020. We found dealing with customers to be very good and we can highly recommend Matratzen Concord in Mainzer Strasse (it always depends on the seller whether a customer buys). Sincerely, Wolfgang Z.

I was at Matratzen Concord in Worms 3 weeks ago. Great advice on site, responding to my needs and problems. I spent about 3 hours there to really decide on the mattress that is best for me, I also bought a new slatted frame. My long-awaited delivery came on Tuesday. We had ordered 2 men, unfortunately only one came and I had to help him. But the young lady who advised me couldn't do anything for that, so there is no star deduction, because she takes care of it, because the 2nd man was charged. Now we come to the best part of it all. I used to wake up with back pain in the morning. I stress the word ALWAYS! One night on these 2 gifts from heaven and no back pain. Even so, I felt relaxed all day. I am happy to recommend Matratzen Concord and with a clear conscience. Better to spend a little more money if your health is important to you. I also learned from it. Gladly again.
