I don't know if there is enough space here to express my enthusiasm. But let's get started. Called to ask how it all works. (My 1st kitchen from a kitchen house) Super nice gentleman on the phone who explained everything foolproof to me. Zack- in the same week an appointment directly with us on site because my tape measure skills leave a lot to be desired. Mr. M. measured everything on site and discussed with us how we would like what and what possibilities there are. And everyone who thinks you must have won the lottery to order a kitchen in the kitchen is wrong. Then, after the kitchen plan was ready, we were in the kitchen house to discuss details. Everything went smoothly. Best advice, great man, great kitchen house. Happily with our kitchen. Have the kitchen house recommended by our neighbor and can really only recommend it !!!!!!!!

Sellers with a plump Rolex watch seemed to be disinterested and listless during the consultation since the (somewhat low) budget was mentioned. It was discussed several times how small the budget was and that one could not work well with it. Customer requests were not properly understood / received. It was agreed that an offer would be sent via email. However, we have never heard anything again. The result was that we bought a great kitchen in the Haus der Küchen for exactly the desired budget.

Very good advice and great service. In the event of unforeseen problems (we have delivery problems with electrical appliances due to Corona) quick and more than satisfactory solutions offered. Would choose this kitchen studio again at any time.
