The two older women didn't think it necessary to say good morning for a moment and totally ignored me. Fortunately, after 10 minutes a nice young lady came up to me and served me very well.

Only one shop assistant at rush hour. Entering customers were neither welcomed nor acknowledged. After a long wait and a few unattended customers in front of me, I left the shop without having achieved anything and I won't go back to it. Can't recommend this jeweler to others ..

Very nice shop, super friendly staff and a very large selection of jewelry. Frau Herzog served me and gave me very, very good advice.

The service leaves a lot to be desired at the moment! Staff is listless, customer service looks different. Too few staff ..... savings are made in the wrong place. Especially in Corona times you have to put a shovel on it. There is no shopping experience ..... has more of a fast food character.

After a failed ear piercing of my daughter in another branch, Ms. Ünlü took her time, responded to the child and calmly poked the child an earring. She has 16 years of experience and you could feel it. If your children want earrings, go to Ms. Ünlü in Worms!
