0 stars On April 7, 2020, I was looking for a lawyer to represent me in an inheritance dispute, which I unfortunately have with my uncle and Cosuin. I chose the law firm in the Europahaus in Worms via the portal www.advocado and chose Mr. Peter. On the same day I transferred the cost note and sent all documents that were available to me to Mr. Peter. He then informed me by phone that he would now get an overview and will report ... On April 17th, 2020, I sent an email to Mr. Peter asking if there was any news and at the same time I had sent him the news and information that had arisen in the meantime. In the beginning everything seemed to be going normally, but that changed quickly ... After I asked for a telephone consultation several times and informed his secretary that I am dissatisfied with the progress or the previous consultation and that you should please forward this feedback to him ... (Important: Our inheritance dispute is about securities, share accounts and precious metals and because of Corona these shares fell steeply and we still had no certificate of inheritance or could not revoke our uncle's proxy until then.) Mr. Peter called me straight back and I immediately felt that this lawyer couldn't deal with feedback ... I had a severe cold on the Tah in question and my nose was running continuously and I heard the following directly on the phone: "Mister Schrom, now I'm going to give you some feedback that you sniff your nose on the phone all the time is just disgusting and I hope you don't teach your children something like that .... " I was just speechless ... but finally I didn't go into it, because otherwise I was afraid not to find a new lawyer so quickly and lose even more because of the time pressure and steep flight of the shares ... That was a mistake that I made will not repeat anymore ... In addition, Hernn Peter asked me to send the documents I sent him again and this time please sort them .... (Incredible and pure harassment) On April 30th, 2020 I received an e-mail that a cover letter had been sent to my uncle's lawyer. On 05.05.2020 I received an email with a new invoice (advance payment) from Mr. Peter ... From the phone call (my feedback), every time I asked for advice, it said the following: "Mr. Schrom I have no time to answer emails ... please make an appointment with my secretary. (To write this he had time to answer my two questions ...) Today, July 13th, 2020, my patience simply came to an end and I asked for the mandate to end and now I'm waiting for my final settlement, which will definitely be expensive after this evaluation.

Total breakdown of this office ... Appointment 3:30 p.m., enter the office at 3:30 p.m. and the lawyer rushes past us into the evening ... so ... now I unfortunately have to extend my recession ... because the lawyer claims I can offer him to look at the timeline on Google that I was late, but then it would be a bit embarrassing for him. But nothing is a problem. There are a dime a dozen lawyers.
