Liedorp-Osner & Reimold

English well spoken!! My case (tenancy law) was handled by Mr. Liedorp-Osner. I was always up to date with and i was shown great patience during my two appointments. The found agreement with my landlord was satisfactory. The attorney handled all the correspondence with my insurance. All in all i was very happy with the case and the provided legal and customer service!

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with this law firm. On the one hand, inquiries are processed very late or only after repeated reference and on the other hand, many careless mistakes have been made, e.g. Wrong first name on important applications, emails sent to the wrong people, etc. I was supposed to bear the additional costs caused by this and my complaint meant that they didn't want to advise me further. It's a shame, but a professional appearance is different!
