Needed a locksmith because I couldn't get into my house. Called, 15 minutes later the technician was at the door and 5 minutes later the new lock was inside and I was in my house. Quickly competent and above all affordable, so no moon prices as they are sometimes demanded.

Goodwill LOST DISPLAY. At Gross Werkzeuge we bought a "flood set" for pumping surface water after heavy rain from an agricultural farm. See also Homa flood set After less than 2 months (and maybe 3 uses of 2-3 hours running time) the pump was broken. Sent in, got a new pump, everything ok, so far. Manufacturer's statement: A hair / thread / whatever has wrapped around the shaft and destroyed the seal. No guarantee, no goodwill, nothing from the manufacturer. One wonders why this is then sold by specialist retailers as a flood set!?!? It is clear that you cannot pump drinking water with a flood set ... Gross's offer that they would cover half the cost of the new pump. That's nice, but if the first pump broke after 3 uses, what is the probability that the second pump will live longer - and then? we have 600 euros plus tax and no pump. Today the company tries to teach this (personally) - and that is not a solution for us. Reaction (after many words about orders on the Internet, hardware stores, ...) - they do not take back a used pump (we actually used the new pump once)! THIS IS A FREEDOM!?!?!?!?!? PS: It would be better to buy in a large hardware store or on the Internet. At least if you know what you want and expect a reasonably goodwill. PPS: ... and we will buy the rest (with advice and quality) from another specialist dealer in the future.
