We hired the company to clear a clogged pipe. The fitter arrived on time for the agreed date. Unfortunately that was it. After two hours, the fitters said the boss should be called in, as the motorized milling machine cannot be moved to the desired point where the blockage is suspected. Since the boss was sick, an on-site appointment was made with another employee one day later. She then took photos and took a drawing with her to consult with the sick boss. However, there was no constructive answer. After a week and several attempts to get the lady on the phone, the succinct answer was my initial suggestion to commission a construction company to open the wall and to pursue it and unfortunately there was no further help. The bill came faster than the rejection and about the amount you can only say: "customary in the industry" It is disappointing that you have chosen a local specialist company with very good reviews and then experienced such a fiasco. However, after extensive research in the www. find out that this company has nothing to do with Rehlinger from the past. One never stops learning....
