Mr. Schrumpf and his team from Pech und Bösing have accompanied us over the last few weeks and months with the core renovation and energetic modernization of my 85-year-old parents' house. The company Pech und Bösing took over the work on the facade and basement ceiling. The entire facade of the house was provided with 18 cm thick mineral wool insulation panels, then dowelled, filled, plastered and painted. In addition, the team around Mr. Schrumpf insulated and plastered our basement ceiling over the entire surface. Here Mr. Schrumpf was personally available from start to finish and scored points with extensive knowledge and ideas on the subject of energetic renovation as well as in redesigning the look of the house. He managed to give the house a completely new look and still maintain the charm and character of the old building with elements such as facings around the windows etc. The whole team is characterized by an extremely friendly approach, accurate and above all clean and orderly work. It should also be emphasized how much Mr. Schrumpf always tried to coordinate the other trades that were involved in the outer shell of the building. During the entire construction phase, I had the feeling that he was renovating the building for himself so much he tried that everything would be "good"! There is also nothing to complain about when it comes to price-performance. The offer made in advance was kept despite one or the other additional work and there were no surprises with the invoice.
