Great school with a very dedicated team
- Inadequate student supervision during lessons and breaks,
- Teachers do not appear at agreed office hours,
- 4th grade students have noticeably strong reading difficulties.
For my everyday life as a teacher (vocational school) I wanted to gather new inspiration by a three-day internship at the Montessorischule Worms and found: children, ...
... who started their own work in the morning,
... who worked concentrated for hours,
... who independently presented a plenary session with about 50 children to raise current issues (recalled to the Children's Parliament of Janusz Korczak),
... had fun touching things that I, as a pupil and teacher, usually only experience abstractly.
Now I have the salad! How should I transfer all this to my lessons?
