Great store, pictures change quite frequently. It is therefore worth to visit more often. Prices are a tad to high, but pictures are in a very good quality.

Incredible motives that inspire the viewer. Effectively staged by targeted lighting. Many works are more suitable for public buildings, offices or similar, just for their size and price.

First, I have to say that the pictures / photos are very nice and appealing. This was also the reason why I got a voucher for Lumas online. However, soon after the problems began. I have chosen a picture with acrylic (individual design). In the shopping cart is that the picture has the dimensions 84x104 cm. Good, that due to a technical failure, the purchase did not come to life as the woman told me afterwards in the hotline that the picture has only 50x70 cm. How should one know the request? Especially since there is no right of return for the individual execution. That was 2 weeks ago and online is still displayed wrong and nothing has changed. That's why I personally went to the gallery. The voucher was also valid for reduced goods. In the gallery but this was not possible and if then only if the remaining balance of the voucher (are at least 40 €) expire. In short: very annoying and slow I have the feeling that the customer is systematically duped here.

Unfortunately Lumas is not able to guarantee the quality of the production of the pictures sold. A few years ago we bought a trilogy in the format 90 * 120 cm and inquired about possible aging when we bought it. Over the years the picture surface has changed color in the form of stripes. It is clear that it cannot be light fading (otherwise it would not be stripes over 4 meters wide). We complained about this defect. Lumas has withdrawn from the fact that there could be a warranty of 2 years and possibly within a period of 5 years, as the pictures are older, an exchange has been excluded. This although the series is still currently in the program. It's a shame that they obviously don't value quality and customer loyalty. We will certainly never buy here again.
