So I really can't understand the negative reviews! I have been going to this shop for about 20 years and until now I have always received good advice and a warm welcome!

Made a second attempt to buy something there in the 2020 Christmas season. Owner has an impossible behavior towards customers. Arrogance doesn't go down well. She has little idea about singing bowls, but she teaches very condescendingly. Then I bought a small statuette and almost had to apologize for it. If the figure hadn't been so pretty, I would have left it there. Never again!

In my life, I have NEVER met such a rude person like this terrible owner of such a beautiful shop! A rudeness in person! To this day I thought maybe it was me, but reading through the recessions here only reinforces my encounter with someone like that! You get devalued, get cheeky answers and then asked to leave the shop if you ask for advice. I don't know how the shop keeps afloat ?! And someone like that owns a shop that sells healing stones and other things? After all the recessions here, I assume that this person suffers from a mental illness, and I don't notice it myself.
