Budget Autovermietung Ludwigshafen

I booked a vehicle for the takeover in Porto, Portugal via billiger-mietwagen.de and paid 117 EUR in advance including full insurance without deductible. After my return then again 118 EUR were deducted by the rental car company. Supposedly because I have booked additional services. In my opinion, these costs have been hyped me and because the lease is no longer in paper form but by e-mail is really powerless, if you noticed this rip-off only in the aftermath. In addition, the rental car company has only 89 EUR instead of the 117 EUR credited as a voucher amount. From cheaper rental car there is no support. I feel cheated. From the rental car company Budget / Avis and from cheaper-mietwagen.de !!! Never again!
