Nice rental cars and trucks. Friendly staff and located in the prime location. Have all variety of cars. Cheap compared to other rental companies. Gives 4000 km free for two days hire.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Booked the car online and brought all of the requisite documents listed on the reservation to pick up the car. Was informed that I require a further document with my address to be allowed to pick up the car despite no mention of such a requirement on the reservation confirmation. Also was told that I can't rent a car without a credit card. This was not true, it does cost an extra 30ish euros for day, but it is possible. Which comes to another problem. I booked the car at 205€ and in reality ended up paying 290€ plus deposit of 250€. I don't usually encourage people to focus on the bad reviews for a company, but this time I will make an exception.

Really friendly staff. Speak good English as well. Better prices than rival car rentals agencies. First choice car rental in Germany for me.
