BMW Rent | MINI Rent Mannheim

Had problems with the online reservation. Unfortunately, we couldn't rent a car because it is mandatory to book it 24 hours in advance! Also out of goodwill no accommodating ... At Mercedes Mannheim that was no problem at all, getting a car immediately without prior booking / reservation.

Rented a car for the weekend special for the first time. Everything went smoothly, everything was explained in a super-friendly manner and questions were answered. I also lost a valuable item in the car, was checked immediately and given out for delivery. It was a lot of fun, especially it's great so uncomplicated to try out the new models. & The vehicle rental man is very nice! I'll be back :))))
