BK Car treatment

I was a Groupon customer of BK for the first time in 2017, and in the meantime I have also been the third time to completely clean my VW Passat Variant at BK-KFZ. I was always very satisfied with their work !! Last in May 2020, ... the paint like new !, interior and seat cleaning perfect, ... even sweat stains on the center armrest were gone, and no dirt crumbs were visible inside the car. That's just great! , and I can therefore use the company BK. only recommend.

Absolutely not recommended. I bought a car preparation over Groupon, which would normally have cost 250 euros. The action was still 100, but considering that what was done there is not even a ride through a car wash equal even 20 euros have been too much. Everywhere polishing residues, not even properly cleaned, streaks on all windows, etc. a shame, that one dares the customer to return his car so ... Oh no, that did not happen. When the car was finished it was said that I could pick up my car, key is on the left front tire. Can be lucky that I have my car at all. All in all a huge impudence

Here, caution is advised, despite the already purchased processing extra money to ask, because allegedly many normal things such as upholstery cleaning are not included. A prepared vehicle was very unofficial and unclean. We do not let anything work here.
