It was the worst and racist experience I've ever had in my life. The staff with name FRAU MAHMOOD was so arrogant with me. She asked me to show my passport or Aufenthaltstitel while I am billing at the counter just because I look like an Asian. She did not ask the other customers who billed before me or after me for their passports!! When I asked her for her name to write a review, she was so rude to me at first and then she tried to request me . Such a pathetic behaviour. Complete mood off!!!!!

3 minutes before 8 pm you are told that it is closed. Customer-friendliness is clearly different !!!
