The best drogerie/mini supermarket and the fact that it opens on Sundays make it my favourite.

Extremely customer-unfriendly employee was shopping 15 minutes before closing time because the employees started shouting through the shop that everyone should come to the checkout when it wasn't fast enough a lady came to everyone and gruffly asked to pay quickly, they want to finally call it a day, we customers After all, you could shop all day long because you don't have to come to the cash register shortly before the end of the day, the grumbling went on as a customer, I was not welcomed rather pushed when I need something urgently I go there again but only when other drugstores are closed otherwise well sorted everything is in stock

I can't understand the bad reviews. The market has everything you need and the pricing is stable - even though it's in a train station. Everyone should know from other stores that there can be a queue at the checkout.

I often go shopping at Rossmann's at the train station and I am very grateful that the staff is there for us both on weekends and on public holidays. It is very pleasant to shop there, it is always very clean and everything is very tidy. I am also served very nicely. I don't understand some customers who claim the staff is rude. I went shopping there the other day and witnessed a customer attacking the cashier very severely and the cashier starting to cry. The poor girl stayed polite anyway. Customers should first get under the nose and not always complain because sales is a very stressful industry.
