A nice shop right at the "Pestalozzischule" stop near other shops. Well organized, clean, the shelves are full, staff is friendly. With customer WiFi 👍🏻

So during the crisis you notice how unfriendly some of the employees are. You can explain things to you, but you don't need to be outrageous towards customers. Explain to me about distance regulations and stand at a very short distance from me and, to make matters worse, talk loudly with my colleague about other customers. The lady at the till and the security guard, on the other hand, managed to stay friendly and explain everything in peace.
