Competent advice from friendly staff who really understand their job. Had wishes and was given very good and honest advice on the advantages and disadvantages. Absolutely positive experience from the first contact to the implementation on site.

After establishing contact at a construction fair at the end of 2019, an employee visited us at home and, after a long tour, announced a comprehensive offer for the installation of air conditioning systems. After we had not heard anything for a month, we were only informed by email after another week that unfortunately (currently) there was generally no capacity for the preparation of offers and for the installation of air conditioning. It is a shame and, in our opinion, dubious against the background that air conditioning technology was explicitly promoted at the construction fair. And annoying because we had taken the time for the viewing appointment and had initially refrained from obtaining alternative offers.
