Norman Mielke provided my family with superb customer service. He showcased his exceptional knowledge in regards to all of the astonishing HiFi speakers found at this beautiful location. He was highly courteous when moving speakers for us to listen to, and was patient while me and my wife listened to various speakers in order for us to decide on the right pair we wanted. I would have liked to have had a stamp and signature on the printed invoice for a not inconsiderable amount. - When I asked about it, I got a really bold answer. That was 2 years ago - but since I recently received only very brief advice ............. I'm just a layman, that's why I go to a specialist shop! The prices are okay.

You rarely find such competent advice and extremely friendly salespeople. Were very knowledgeable. Felt very comfortable. Many thanks to Mr. Glasses ... he deserves 5 stars for his commitment. And of course 5 stars for top business.

I only buy my devices here ..! I'm totally thrilled every time .. Staff always friendly! Even with price differences / comparisons, there is either also the lower price or there are extra accessories! Great team !
