The employee is very unfriendly. Got a rose for free this afternoon. After 3 hours in the office and in the glass of water, the petals are just about to fall off. Since it was the second time that the roses were too faded when I bought them, I went back to the shop and explained my request. Instead of a new rose, I was reproached for not having put the rose in the water and even that the rose had been hit. First and foremost, it's not about the money, but about being accommodating. As a matter of principle, we won't come back if you deal with customer feedback like that and nobody is happy about withered flowers on the same day.

A decent selection of plants and flowers and also on prefabricated bouquets. It should be something for everyone. The service was less ideal but sufficiently friendly. The shop always serves as an alternative destination when the small flower shop has closed with me around the corner.

Was just in the shop and the shopkeeper was very very unfriendly on request for Advent wreaths. He laughed at me and told me that it was too early to buy Christmas wreaths and could not give me any examples or give prices. He pointed at me with his work knife, which I found even threatening, coupled with his unfriendliness I felt very uncomfortable in the shop.
