After an initially great experience with the branch and good, expert advice from a saleswoman, then the two-fold absolute disappointment from another saleswoman: A little over two years ago, my fiancée and I went to the store to buy slatted frames and mattresses for the new apartment. We were served and advised in a friendly manner, which resulted in the purchase. Two weeks later we had a question about the pending delivery and went back to the store, this time with a different saleswoman. The complete opposite - unfriendly, unhelpful, first claims that there are no stored data. Okay, checked, everyone has a bad day. This week, two years later, we were in the branch again. After a while we were greeted by the same, at the time unfriendly saleswoman. I was looking for an ergonomic pillow, suitable for my sleep type and dust allergy, which I also told the saleswoman. Finished off with "There we have the pillows, try your way through" I asked if there were no differences. "Yes, they are of different sizes. What size are you looking for?" Somewhat confused about the unobjective answer, I announced that I was using a 40x80 at home. "Yes there we only have one." When I said "I'll take a smaller one too, it just has to suit me", I only got back to "try it out". All in all, the "consultation" had far more such details that made me as a former retailer just shake my head. This is also the case with another couple of customers who entered the store. It was really all that she didn't literally advise this couple to "buy elsewhere" because they had absolutely no desire to advise or sell anything. Nevertheless, I bought after I had advised myself, so to speak, and meanwhile regret the purchase utterly - because it doesn't suit me because of the attitude, as well as because of the absolutely negative experience and the waste of money.

Super nice advice from Ms. Kalan-Kohler. Was not pushy and made us feel that choosing the right mattress was more important to us. As always, I'm happy to come to the branch in Ludwigstrasse. Thank you for the repeatedly good experience.
