Very unfriendly staff. The managers (married couple) can even become quite personal. The delivery time has been delayed by a few weeks. As far as my bed is concerned, the mattress I sent is not the same as that of the exhibit. However, I cannot assess the quality of the bed yet. But in the overall package, this bed shop is definitely not to be recommended.
