I was there spontaneously with my girlfriend on Saturday. And came out with two chairs and accessories! 🙃 So it's definitely worth the (very!) Chic decor, extremely friendly staff and courteous service. Also the Price is not the last word. Definitely have a look, top designer / favorite pieces! 😉

We have had very positive experiences so far. However, we are always with the same seller. The brief contact with a lady was less satisfactory, therefore a star deduction. The male seller understood every time straight away, what we wanted, sent an offer by mail - we do not even have to go to Mannheim - and we were ultimately still priced! Delivery, building everything very carefully, clean, friendly - perfect for us :-)

Was here for almost half an hour in the shop and would like to have been served. The two employees seemed to be in great stress with their bookkeeping or other administratives. I was probably too young for them, and not dressed expensive enough. I do not know it in the end! After I had approached the employee, I then got a consultation. Of course, I have now bought my Vitra chair elsewhere. Half an hour that was ignored, has probably cost 800 €. Pity!
