Therefore, she has numerous, ever-changing therapists who also do not know what they are doing. My child was allowed to get to know a new therapist with each visit ....... you do not have to say anything more. I also can not figure out where the term "clinic" comes from for a practice in the backyard? The rooms extend through an intricate, old and narrow residential building with low ceilings and chaotic spaces. Everywhere files are lying around. We only saw Ms. Bianchi once. Overall, everything but recommended!

In my opinion not recommended. E-mails are not answered, no one reaches you by phone anyway and the lady at the registration is very rude. I was told that I can send any questions at any time an email that will be answered immediately ... That's not the case.

We are a social-psychiatric center and therefore parts of the treatment are done by staff and not by the doctors, who are always informed in the background and act as a guide. This is the CONCEPT of social psychiatry. We also comply with all requirements of data protection and confidentiality, which was also the case in advance. The best therapy in the world won't help you if you don't get involved. You just have to be ready to work on yourself and your mistakes and learn to make compromises. We ourselves have been regular "visitors" to Ms. Dr. since 2015. Bianchi and her team in Maudach and very satisfied. Especially since the therapy helps - at least if you are ready to get involved -. Despite the location on the outskirts of Ludwigshafen, the practice appears very calm and almost idyllic. It is simply not white, clinical and impersonal, which should be a huge plus, especially for children. So far we have never met anyone who was not very friendly or accommodating and you can definitely talk to everyone there. Another plus point is of course the therapy dog ​​Molly, which Ms. Dr. Bianchi heard. The "little mouse" is a real piece of gold and knows how to "cuddle away" even the worst of thoughts. Conclusion: I would recommend this practice to anyone who is willing to engage in therapy. A magic formula / a potion is unfortunately not yet available, so you have to work a bit on yourself (;
