Very nice. Personal are very friendly. Hospital is clean, food is good. I had a operation here . I would go back again .👍

I'm really really upset now. I am already 4x here as a companion, support or driver. Every time I have to calculate 2-3 hours waiting time. Even though it is the emergency room? Then when I see 2-3 sisters standing together, telling private things and laughing to themselves. I wonder if you are really aware of your job or profession? Such behavior in an emergency room. Has really only ever been in THIS hospital or in "N O T A U F N A H M E / ACCEPTANCE". The staff at the acceptance point are very unfriendly ..... No certificate will be issued for the day ... It is also the only hospital I know !!!!!! Unfriendly, long waiting times, try to blame everything on the family doctor. Just don't make a finger Krum ..... only the most necessary. Next time I prefer to drive longer and to a hospital or emergency room where people are treated accordingly. I've only heard bad things about the treatments so far ... but I wanted to convince myself ... 4x confirmed .... 0 stars Urgent need for action when dealing with people ..... Staff (emergency department) urgently needs coaching !!!!!! Very clear request to the hospital management !!!

Today for the first time to the consultation in the orthopedic accident surgery and has to say, 1h drive has been really worthwhile 👍 From the outside everything looks okay, from the inside (the small part I saw) everything was as good as new, the sisters / receptionists very friendly, thorough questionnaire and doctor, as well as professor have taken really time for me (mind I am Kassenpatient) and good advise 😊 Therefore, from my first impression, really great and recommendable 😉 Next time there's investigation, so I'm curious if I can continue to be excited ... By the way, I'm there because of back pain because I'm looking for alternatives to constant painkillers or cures ...

My experience, which has been a little longer 🙈☺ with this clinic, is great. I was there in 2017. The lws l5 to S 1. As I have had pain in my back and intervertebral discs for over 15 years, I was operated on for the first time in Freiburg in 2015, but it didn't get much better. The vertebrae are ... what is it called, displaced and misunderstood, and pinch off my nerve. Then it was said it only helps to stiffen. And I don't want that as long as there have to be other options. So I inquired everywhere and found out about this clinic in Ludwigshafen and the opportunity to let go of nerves. After an email there, I immediately received an invitation. So I accepted the 200 km. The doctors and nurses were very friendly. So it was worth a try, after a short time I drove another 200 km to the appointment, with my daughter, since you were allowed to go home again but not alone. We waited for an hour, then we started .. I ran to my daughter’s joy, finally free of pain I was happy 🙏 . I thought if I got any more jokes, I would definitely do it again. And it lasts about 3/4 year. Yesterday 02/28/2019 the next operation should come extra earlier at 8.15, my girlfriend and I waited until 11.00 a.m. you could have let me know, you can always handle anything in between. I was hungry, thirsty and because of the excitement I wanted to smoke ... you mustn't. Then started they were very friendly no issue .. but this time it was different. Much more painful. It was always asked if everything is ok, what do you want to say, so far everything was ok ... but after that I did not jump down the couch, but crawled. Was in pain (and I'm not sorry) and could barely walk. I just crept to the car and to my girlfriend and cried and was happy to come home the 200km .. I could lie down but couldn't rest without pills. But in the conversation before I was told, I have no idea how long it will be this time helps, but you can't do it with me much more often. So wait and see, and then think about what I'll do and where.
