They make you wait for hours in the cold, together with people who have symptoms, spell your name wrong and no matter who you talk to, you always get a different answer to your questions about when you will get the result 😀

My mother was admitted as a private patient with a stroke. She was placed on ward for stroke patients not an intensive care unit. After the second day she had to share a room with a man, one day later she died. When I wanted to see my mother again in the morning, there was a single room. I never saw the chief doctor. That's not how you go with a 91 year-old woman, disrespectful, shame

If you care about your health, I strongly advise you not to seek treatment here! Essential treatments are constantly postponed due to a lack of advance planning (devices are missing / have not been ordered, surgical sutures are not pulled in time, etc.). Here absolutely nobody feels responsible for the health of the patients! You are treated like a piece of meat here! Absolutely inhumane what's going on here!

A lot of examinations and blood tests were done, everything went smoothly and smoothly. Staff all very nice, I was allowed to accompany them to all examinations. The doctor was nice and friendly explained everything and advised what to do (vein occlusion in the eye) We were very satisfied and would go back again and again. Many thanks to the whole team.
