Had the key stuck inside. Staff was very friendly and very fast. Price wise it was appropriate.

We have ordered new bell signs there. After 2 weeks we still have not received a reply, although it was said you would report the next day. When I reported again, none of them knew and my mail (which I should write after ordering) no one had read. Then a week later the signs were mounted. We were not there and have been back a week after assembly. At first we thought good at last. But then a lot of us on our bell no longer worked and this was also strangely impressed on one side. I have not been able to complain to anyone since. 60 € for call signs and then to break the bell when installing ....

I have lost my keychain including the front door key. In order to combine the annoying with the useful, I had three cylinders exchanged in order to have fewer keys in the future. The Stadtherr company was on site twice. The bill came today. My conclusion: good service, very fair price.
