Complaints are also not possible, because the owner is extremely angry, or rather aggressive, especially if there are several customers in the business, which also happened that complaints were rejected. For me that was z. B. the day after purchase. I was threatened with a lifelong ban when I wanted my money back. I had it refunded anyway. As we talked with friends about this behavior, we found that it had happened to several of us. Inferior goods bought there and no complaints possible. The owner does not take it so seriously with our laws. NEVER AGAIN.
