Worst service I have ever seen. On Thursday when 4 movies had their premiere, there were only 2 people at service at snacks and drinks, and they were new employees learning basically everything. On top of it, I was waiting for 30 minutes in que ,ordered few drinks and then be informed that they don't accept bank cards of any kind ( I had 3 types with me) so actually medieval times, for fun there was no ATM in whole shopping center since the only one which was downstairs was broken. Very angry with personnel at bar,only thing stopping me from nuclear meltdown was that they were waiting with movie playback until bigger part of people got in. Chairs are smaller than average,but 3D technology is very good.Definitely not gonna visit this cinema anymore.

No grudge against this place in particular, I just loath cinemas. Far too expensive and there is always a giant in front, a nagging girl next to me and someone on the phone right behind me. And to make matters worse I can't even bring my own food and drinks. Do they really expect me to buy their junk food? No way I say.

I can remember building this cinema in 1999. It was state of the art then. It makes me sad to read the poor reviews, but that's what time passing does. The 360 photo of the theatre brings back memories ,nothings changed since we took the scaffold down. Ade will remember if he is reading this. Good memories of Ludwigshafen mate.

The best cinema in Ludwigshafen, and one of the best in the region. Good and different halls, having a great sound quality and decent picture quality. Outside you can get all you need for having a fun movie evening. One star less because they sometimes overdoing the restrictions for what you can take inside. Other than that, there are enough room to park your car in the garage inside the same building. The building itself looks modern. Like it.
