Senzera - Dauerhafte Haarentfernung, Waxing & Sugaring in Mannheim

Unfortunately I do have to write this negative but real review, even if I truly wanted to weight more the good parts: - clean, yeah checked - on time, yeah checked - cool website & quick appointments online, yeah checked - discount card, yeah checked I was really about to buy that € 120 S-Card for one year before trying it. I am so glad I didn't do it. Of all the places I've been to Sugaring (DE, UK, RO, etc.), here I REALLY don't recommend Sugaring. First and foremost: - super bad light in the room for epilation / sugaring. I have thin hair with thick, blond roots - for someone with real experience with Sugaring, it all explains itself. And I do not need to tell you how disappointed I was when I got home to normal room light and to find out that 30% of my leg's hair was still there. Disappointed. I truly do not have to mention that in other places the staff and the light's quality and everything is far better than here. - everything is done IN A HURRY - 100% attention is not paid to the procedure applied to the client / if this attention was given by the two both people, because one person took care of each leg - 'to go faster' they explained it to me, would have removed the hair much more properly; - No Name sugaring paste - generalized. Overall, I do not recommend. I need to mention that I have not tried the other services yet, but if the staff has the same mood as they did NOT for my procedure, I would be disappointed.

Easy to find.Very helpfull, efficient with what I needed doing.I would highly recommend this place.

Google recommended this place to me and I am glad it did. I’ve been visiting here quite often and I really like the atmosphere, the privacy and the personnel are friendly and professional in their services. I really like this place a lot and recommend it 100%

It’s okay, took me awhile to find a place that also does eyebrow waxing. Still go every now and then.
