Walter Müller 09/05/2020 Mobile: 0151-71911179 0176-68996368 Unlawful eviction of an apartment, trespassing, theft, embezzlement Dear Sir or Madam, Some time ago you cleared my apartment at Hauptstrasse 4 in 69253 Heiligkreuzsteinach. In the meantime it is becoming more and more clear that the whole thing was only staged to obtain an evacuation. Corresponding emails are already available. If it turns out that the apartment has been unlawfully evacuated by your forwarding agent, you are liable for trespassing, burglary, embezzlement, possible property damage, etc. committed. If it turns out that this is correct, you can be assured that your forwarding company will not be around much longer. I would then like to bring media support on board and if it turns out that the evacuation of the o.a. Apartment was illegally carried out, I would of course make the whole thing public through various media, especially since your forwarding company cleared the apartment. There are enough legal options to ensure that your company will not be around much longer. The same applies to any damage to the evacuated property on my part. If there was even a scratch or any other damage to my property during the evacuation, this would also be made public in the media. In a cupboard in the living room there was still a cash amount of € 3,000. Please let me know where you or your employees have paid this amount or where it has been stored together with the cleared goods. As already discussed, according to the current state of knowledge and current assumptions, the said matter was merely staged in order to obtain an eviction. If this can be proven, you or your employees have committed a serious trespass, burglary, possible damage to property, possible embezzlement / theft, etc. committed, which I then - if proof can be provided - would like to make public with media support. The client - Ms. Schwager- was informed in advance about the criminal and punishable actions and was adequately informed. In full knowledge or in full knowledge of the criminal and punishable background of the house owner, which is why the eviction came about in the first place, Ms. Schwager consciously ignored the criminal and punishable background, instead of checking it first and thus had the said eviction carried out illegally. All correspondence with Ms. Schwager in this regard can of course be presented to the media. Since the evacuation was therefore illegal, the storage is not subject to a time limit, so that your company will incur further not insignificant costs if you destroy the evacuated goods or dispose of them in some other way. In the event that it can be proven that the eviction has a criminal and punishable background and that the eviction was therefore unlawful, you can be assured that your company will then no longer exist. There are enough legally permissible means that this can be guaranteed in such a way that your company will no longer exist. As already discussed, all related documents can be made available in the original and uncensored between myself and Ms. Schwager and the house owner of the vacated apartment - also publicly in the media.
