Bought new back cushions for my Söderhamn sofa! Perfect, sofa is like new!

Not a good experience! The delivery time was neither 10 days nor was the made-to-measure made because> literally: "the final thickness cannot be predicted by a seamstress". "In the end, every pillow has its own thickness"! Well, then it makes little sense if you have ordered a final thickness of 20cm and later get it with 60cm and more pillows than buttocks occupy the chair. You should refrain from orders that you are not up to, because every tailor, carpenter or painter has a feel for his work, can visualize and maybe even has garden furniture on which he wants to sit comfortably .... Our complaint by phone as well as in writing was indifferently dismissed. Never again HomeFavorit -
