THE appearance is deceptive! I wanted to book a train ticket at short notice and had no time to do it myself. So I got information and went to DER. Don't let the size of the office unsettle you. I had my train ticket within 10 minutes, my colleagues were professional and knew their area very well. I was very happy all around! I can only recommend:)
