I can absolutely recommend this travel agency. Even in the currently difficult time, with the uncertainty whether there will be trips or not, I find myself very well advised. Every change went smoothly. So far, Ms. Betsche has always been my contact person. I appreciate her experience and her open nature to all types of travel. She always found just the right thing for us, hotels that were special and that we would not have thought of on our own. This is exactly what defines MY travel agency for me: good and professional advice for my individual trip!

So far we have been advised by Ms. Banks and Ms. Betsche and always to our complete satisfaction. We wanted to rebook our upcoming trip in September due to the current general situation; there were diverse offers. Despite many changes on our part, we were always helped and advised with an angelic patience and, above all, always quickly! Many thanks to the office. Great advice during this time is certainly not a given.

I was here with my boyfriend yesterday. Our advisor was Ms. Banks. She was very friendly and helpful, so it should be great advice for a trip. We were given lots of tips for our trip and everything went great with the booking. We felt very welcome and will definitely go to her from now on, she does a great job!

TODAY went to the travel agency with my partner wanted to book a spontaneous trip (budget approx. 500-600 €) for 3 days and pay immediately. Wellness, beach, also city trip with a nice hotel ........ totally open for EVERYTHING ...... First reprimanded .... because of Corona ..... Only negative ... what you can't do with Corona ..... (unfriendly and very decisive) The whole conversation was about how outrageously expensive the hotels in Germany are this year ..... what you can and cannot do. Has only offered us one thing ..... after a long back and forth ..... and after being asked to suggest something ....... with the statement..... "What I could offer you would be the typical NH HOTEL on the North Sea but then you would have to drive a long time and as a hotel you would have a glotz" Then I got up, refused ..... my statement "Nope let's think about it, have a nice day". Then to the Blum travel agency in downtown Ludwigshafen .... Get a hotel with wellness oasis (center) in Germany ..... for 800 €. Struck, paid immediately .... Well! Bad luck ! The employee. Ms. Be ..... in the Schauinsland travel agency in the Rhein-Galerie urgently needs sales training. Was and is the first travel agency that I visited with such a negative mood and left with such a bad feeling.
