We had made an appointment by phone at 7:00 p.m. At 19:20 the nice lady (very friendly) called us and told us that an appointment would not be available until the next day. We came specially, bought a parking ticket and then waited 20 minutes in front of a glass door with two children (with masks) ..... for free. I'd rather invest my money elsewhere. In any case, strong potential for improvement. What a shame.....

The team is always friendly and helpful and has always kept track of the Corona rebooking stress. The travel advice (e.g. to Jamaica) is very good (fit perfectly). Reaktinoszeit is very fast ... nothing to criticize.

We received very friendly and competent advice. We booked a great vacation together with Ms. Berač. At this point, many thanks to Ms. Berač, a very great woman who took care of everything and fulfilled our every wish. Since there were now complications due to the pandemic, we unfortunately had to cancel the vacation and Ms. Berač took care of everything again. We would definitely go back to this travel agency and will definitely book our next vacation with you again.
