I was there to lift my eyelashes. At first they completely missed my appointment at reception. They still got me on time. Then I was sent to a "storage room" to a woman who did not speak German. She could not answer any of my questions. Well. I stayed there for about an hour. When I was finished and in When I saw the mirror, I was absolutely disappointed with the result. My eyelashes were curled inwards and half of my right eye even hung down. At the reception, an employee wanted to take a photo for the Instagram page (of course he didn't upload it because he Knew she absolutely screwed it up.) Now, weeks later, my eyelashes are falling out ... I also had to trim them days after the lift because they were too curled. Can't recommend the store.

My girlfriend was there the first time recently and she was very happy and satisfied with her new nails. Inside it looks super nice too and the staff made me very welcome too. Only recommendable!
