It is a small gallery though, you will find the most interesting artwork there in Hamburg. She has very interesting collection of arts and you will spend great time having conversation with Sato San.

The Gallery Mikiko Sato has realized over 20 exhibitions of young Japanese art since 2002. In addition, the gallery owner also organized projects outside the gallery, such as the "Wind Haus" by Rikuo Ueda in the Ernst Barlach Haus or a cooperation between Yoshiaki Kaihatsu and Knut Eckstein in the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court and at Siemens AG. The "Mikiko Sato Gallery" is the only gallery in Hamburg for contemporary Japanese art.
