Friendly and helpful service when they aren’t busy (I was asked to come back in 30 minutes). Overpriced even for basics and there are no printing facilities at the store- you select your size and paper and they are delivered to you or to the store. Delivery to the store happens every 2 weeks and home delivery costs 5 euro and takes about a week (if your package is not sent to the post office for collection as mine was).
Outstanding service and quality when you look for a museum-quality photo enlargement. It's the same quality Lumas is using.
My review relates to the White Wall online service and not to this branch!
I had ordered a picture for a special occasion, which should also be given there. When I opened the box there was a wrong picture in the box for a customer in England !! The customer service only said I should just throw the picture away, it was cheaper to simply produce a new one. When I asked what it looks like with compensation, I was only told that this may be possible, but must first be agreed and I do not have to pay the reprint. Thank you very much !!!! I have canceled the order. I strongly advise against ordering online if you need the picture on a fixed date and cannot wait another 2 weeks for the new delivery! A faster service or similar was not offered to me and I will therefore stand without a picture for the celebration !!!!
