Mio - Bistro Caffè Gelato

Nice food, pretty good view, but rude, disrespectful, and conceited staff. Especially the blonde guy with the tattoos... Would love to give 4 stars for the food, but 4 different staff members served us; who am I supposed to tip? And I won't tip if they're mostly totally rude....

Pretty ordinary place. More for time spent and less for food. Asked for a hot coffee , got a luke warm one that went inside in a minute .. disappointed.

So the service is really bad. It’s literally my second time here and the same person working here has the same bad attitude. The guy with the blond hair and tattoos but not only him;) i have no Other option then give 1 star.

One of the good afternoon is to have a coffee and creep strawberry with vanilla ice cream, but I was seated in upstairs of this place I appreciate the service and the good sweet I have in my table a must try when you visit in Hamburg, Germany
